Terms of Service

Short version: bring content you have the rights to, keep everything you make, pay only for what you use. The details:

The service

IndiClip converts podcasts and long videos you provide into vertical clips with captions, and generates thumbnails and b-roll shots on request.
AI output varies. A generated clip, caption, thumbnail or b-roll can miss — that's the nature of the tools, and re-runs are sometimes part of the workflow.

Your content

You must own, or have the right to use, every video and link you submit. Don't upload other people's content without permission.
Your content stays yours. We claim no ownership over your uploads or over the clips, thumbnails and b-rolls generated from them — use them anywhere.
Don't use the service to create illegal, deceptive or harmful content (including impersonation without consent).

Credits & payments

Credits are prepaid and never expire. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews.
Top-ups are currently completed by UPI through our WhatsApp — credits are added to your account after payment, usually within minutes.
If a job fails on our side, the credits it charged are refunded to your balance.
Credits are not redeemable for cash and packs are non-refundable once credits have been spent.

Fair use & availability

Rate limits protect the service; scripted abuse, resale of raw API access, or attempts to bypass limits may end an account.
The service is provided "as is" while in active development — we work hard on uptime but don't guarantee it, and our total liability is limited to the amount of your unused credit balance.
